Job Responsibilities

1. Assist with Training Sessions:

• Support beauty trainer during workshops, masterclasses, and hands-on sessions.
• Prepare materials for training sessions (e.g., products, tools, or presentations).
• Help set up the venue or training area.
• Provide technical assistance during the training process.
• Work closely with management team on training needs.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Interact with participants, answer questions, and provide additional explanations when needed.
• Assist in managing customer queries and feedback post-training.
• Help maintain relationships with trainees by providing support during and after their courses.

3. Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:

• Stay updated on beauty products and techniques being taught during sessions.
• Assist with product demonstrations, showing proper application methods, techniques, or new trends.

4. Administrative Support:

• Assist with registration and check-in processes for participants.
• Help maintain records of trained individuals, their certifications, and feedback.
• Prepare reports after each training session to analyse effectiveness and areas of improvement.

5. Social Media and Marketing:

• Help with documenting the training sessions through photos or videos for social media promotion to marketing team.
• Work closely with M Aesthetic Institute Customer Service in promoting upcoming training sessions to candidates.

6. Networking and Relationship Building:

• Engage with beauty professionals and other industry experts to build a network of contacts.
• Represent the beauty brand or trainer in a professional manner during interactions with trainees or at events.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• With minimum 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Must be available and willing to travel monthly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills to balance travel and administrative duties.
• A strong interest in the beauty industry and helping others improve their skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetology, or beauty education is a plus.

Job Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales of a designated outlet.

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching

• Ensure a high level of service standards and quality to achieve positive customer experiences consistently

• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products via face-to-face consultation with customers

• Build and establish long-term business relationships with customers

• Handle customers' feedback and complaints and provide service recovery where necessary

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial level role preferably from the beauty or wellness industry

• Able to lead and mentor a team, result-driven and service-oriented

• Willing to work retail hours

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred

• Required Skills: strong leadership, team management, sales and operations, face-to-face consultation, customer service

Gusto Collective Singapore is seeking Account Coordinators (Interns) for Public Relations (PR) internship opportunities for the period of January to July 2025.

The internship will give you a first-hand experience of what goes on behind a luxury Public Relations and Events agency. You can look forward to developing and growing within an agency representing a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients.

In your day to day, you will

• Attend, participate, and provide support at client events, meetings, media sessions, and brainstorming sessions as require
• Assist in the development, research, and updating of media lists
• Assist in the production and development of press releases and press kits
• Assist in administrative duties including sorting, collating, mailings, and other administrative functions as assigned
• Sample management for fashion brands - Keeping an accurate inventory of clients’ samples, creation/updating of sample trackers, preparation of loan forms, facilitation of delivery to media/influencers, and follow up on sample returns
• Develop content and other collaterals including press releases, press kits, bios, factsheets, social media campaign briefs, website copies, etc.
• Media/influencer outreach, pitching, and liaison for events/campaigns
• Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyse, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are met
• Assist in office housekeeping and cleanliness
