1. Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
2. Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service
3. Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock)
4. Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers

• Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of Safety & Health Management Systems (SHMS) on-site
• Implement and uphold project and corporate SHMS protocols

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must possess WSHO license and familiarity with safety audits
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the local Building and Construction industry
• Completion of a full cycle of HDB BTO project is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude
