(A) Job Summary:

Carry out site safety inspections to ensure site safety management.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The WSHCO is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Ensure work site is in compliance with Company’s OSHAS procedures and system.
• Conduct safety inspections, assessments and incident investigations & reporting.
• Coordinate emergency response to include scheduling, training and updating written programs.
• Monitor work site industrial hygiene.
• Spearhead safety programs at work site.
• Assist with safety program implementation to include: training, conducting routine plant & machinery inspection and safety committee participation.
• File and maintain safety records for inspections/auditing etc.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/Job Experience:

• Advance Certificate in WSH or Safety coordinator training course.
• 2 years post certificate relevant field experience.
• Possess tunnelling experience to supervise the tunnelling works.

(C) Personality

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long term relationships.

(E) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Possess excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

(F) Physical Demand:

• Able to work outdoor and climb ladders and stairs.

Responsibilities:

• Screen patients for suitability for the Diabetic Retinal Photography (DRP) procedure by assessing medical history, allergies, and symptoms, and escalate unsuitable cases as needed.
• Perform vision tests, tonometry, and the DRP procedure in accordance with established work instructions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the importance of annual eye screenings and monitor fall risk after pupillary dilation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and manage appointment tracking and rescheduling while adhering to institutional policies.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma holder
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage

Job Description:

· Advise management on EHS legal and other requirements,, including their changes.

· Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH Act and WSH (Construction) Regulations are complied with.

· Capable of leading WSHOs, offering supervision, guidance, and instructions to all safety personnel.

· Sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental domains.
