Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations at multiple centers, ensuring seamless delivery of classes and activities.
• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Customer Engagement: Address inquiries and concerns from parents promptly, delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Working Hours

• 6-day work week (Weekends included):Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Manage and execute different types of digital programs/campaigns.
• Identify and resolves issues and roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Fitness Instructor
• Possess a recognized fitness certification (Kickboxing/EMS certification would be a bonus)
