The National University Health System Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) is an initiative where trained personnel provides tele-triage to patients and/or their caregivers. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating diagnostic, therapeutic respiratory care services, emergency services and special procedures in Intensive Care Units, to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardio-respiratory system, in accordance to established hospital policies, procedures, standard of care and practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (80%)

To provide clinical respiratory care under the supervision of physicians and approved guidelines.

• Perform complete or modified patient respiratory assessment as required.

Reporting to the CFO, you will work in close partnership with Alexandra Hospital (AH) leadership team and department heads as trusted advisor for all financial matters. You will lead the AH Finance team in the formulation of financial plans (budgets and projections) and management reports, drive financial modelling and cost analytics to provide insights and make recommendation to meet strategic and fiscal sustainability objectives.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the Finance team in the monthly and year end close financial reporting, statutory audit and compliance responsibility.
• Lead and drive efficient and effective annual budget and projection activities with all key stakeholders, provide insightful analysis and recommendation to guide senior management teams to make informed decision making to operationalise AH strategies.
