In this role, you will work closely with the agency force and agency distribution team to drive Health sales, create sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities and be the intermediary to all agency support functions. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Health Distribution Strategy to drive a productive Agency Distribution for Health.

Job Description:

• Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports
• Be project IC / Lead for assigned Health initiatives and projects
• Create a culture of commitment and achievement
• Work closely with Agency distribution team to drive Health sales
• Assist in the development of sales initiatives to drive activities & performance
• Handle all issues and queries for the Agency Leaders (ALs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to ensure alignment with PACS goals
• Be the Health Specialist handling product queries
• Develop positive business relationships with internal and external customers
• Manage and drive the implementation of process improvements
• Any other projects or tasks assigned

• Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
