About the Role

As Acquisition Lead at Ordinary Folk, you will architect and implement our next-generation acquisition strategy across APAC markets. 1.Clinical Competencies and Duties

In Speech Therapy services, the Speech Therapist must have the general clinical competences below (though not exclusive to this list) and had attained the specific area of competency for their specialty area. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore is seeking a full-time paediatric pathologist. The position is available for a flexible period of three to four years; this may therefore suit an individual who has recently retired, or who wishes to gain a period of international exposure working in a vibrant city-state in Asia.

Subspecialty competence in paediatric pathology, such as evidenced by the completion of a paediatric pathology fellowship or a distinguished academic career as a paediatric pathologist, is required. Job Responsibilities

• To establish a satisfactory on-going business relationship with clients
• To adhere to timeline and deliverables set by Project Manager for each project
• To gather project/ specific module requirements for a project
• To analyse and provide feedback to client on feasibility of requirements
• To write detailed Functional Specifications to document client requirements and get sign off on Functional Specifications
• To convey clients’ requirements to developers clearly
• To manage a group of developers in timeline and resource commitment to deliverables
• To prepare project/specific module status report on a weekly and monthly basis to Project Manager
• To test sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended
• To conduct UAT with clients and record UAT results sign off

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computing, Information Systems or related discipline with an emphasis in information systems or technology

Role & Responsibilities:

As a key driver in the organization, you will oversee and optimize end-to-end demand and supply planning processes, ensuring precise forecasting, inventory optimization, and efficient execution of sales and operations strategies. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing demand forecasting models and tools to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness to market trends.
• Leading supply planning to balance inventory levels with service level targets, reducing excess stock while avoiding shortages.
• Managing logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and warehouse management, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with global import/export regulations, mitigating risks, and resolving operational challenges related to cross-border trade.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in supply chain management software; software in general (e.g., ERP, OMS, WMS, Vendor Central, FTP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using and optimizing key business software and systems, including:
• NetSuite: Experience in leveraging ERP systems for supply chain and inventory management.
• Shopify: Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.
• MS365 Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for reporting, and Teams for collaboration.
• Slack: Effective communication and team coordination via Slack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in a second language (especially in key regional markets) is highly desirable.
