This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include supporting the administration functions, conducting education and training programs, convening meetings, and secretariat functions.

•  To oversee safety practices, execute SHS activities for compliance with legal regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
•  To conduct, prepare agenda and minutes for monthly safety meeting with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meeting

•  To perform safety inspection at office premises (including customer’s premises) and follow up with report
•  To revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as and when necessary

Desired Qualifications / Requirements / Competencies :

•  Candidate should possess at least a Diploma qualification
•  Completed WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) and certified competent
•  Other certification related to safety and health is an added advantage
•  Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience
•  Possessing a valid Class 3/3A driving license is an added advantage.
•  Able to work independently as well as a good team player
