1. Client Care and Engagement:Assist with activities of daily living, such as serving meals, feeding clients when necessary, and ensuring clients are dried and dressed after baths (in collaboration with Nursing Aides).
   Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
   Facilitate meaningful engagement for clients using available resources and materials.
   
2. Medical and Non-Medical Support:Accompany clients for medical or non-medical appointments when required.
   
3. Environment Maintenance:Perform cleaning and washing of lavatories, shower stalls, and laundry duties when regular cleaning/laundry staff are unavailable.
   
4. Policy Adherence:Follow organizational policies and procedures to maintain work operations.
   Ensure confidentiality of client information, protecting the organization’s values.

Requirements

Job Purpose

Manage and provide healthcare services and employee wellness programs in the company.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for overall technical and administrative operations of the in-house clinic.

Responsible for assessment and triage of employees reporting occupational & non-occupational injuries

Deliver first-aid and nursing services such as attending to work injuries, dressing of wounds, incisions, etc.
