• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, health, safety, or environmental field of study

You will be the key point of contact from Regional Health System (RHS) Strategic Finance, liaising with funding parties and institutions to collate, prepare and manage all funding-related matters.

Working closely with institutions and grantors, you will review consolidated reports for submission as well as programme audits to ensure corrective actions are followed up and completed in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities:

• To lead in the overall Plant Operation Safety matters, EHS training, reviewing Safe Work Procedures and Incident Investigation
• Mentor multiple operational department in the Functional EHS Management program
• Implement EHS Management System and Risk Management (RM) plans within EMM operation and non-operation scope
• Conduct daily walk about, and rectify any safety hazard that is found within the premises
• Construct and circulate weekly EHS Tool Box Meeting Topics for the company

The Role
The incumbent will be responsible for providing medical advice in terms of claims insurance adjudication, supported by the reinsurers’ Chief Medical Officer where appropriate, and to make decisions and recommendations on complex medical claims/high value claims (including Controlled Claims referred by Partners), within the delegated authority given.

Furthermore, to support product development and design for existing and new Insurance Clients, in particular with regards to Policy Wording and Claims Practices including the delivery of operational processes and claims related training.

Main Responsibilities

1. Medical Advice, Controlled Claims and Claims decisions

• Ensuring that all Controlled Claims are duly authorised in accordance with Reinsurer contractual arrangements and that the required reporting is in place
• Preparation of Controlled Claims reporting
• Handle claims cost management within the organisation by ensuring high standard of claims assessment

2. Claims Audits

• Manage Claims Audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule
• Deliver Audit Reports to Clients and the business in accordance with company's standards

3. Contribute and support all Partnership activity relating to claims acitivity such as:

4. Fraud, Waste and Abuse

• Identify and evaluate potentially fradulent claims and claims wastages and abuses and taking appropriate action to reactify the anomalies

• Claims-related medical topics sharing
