Clinical Care

• Make frequent rounds and attend to residents’ needs. Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents and report residents’ needs to the nurse
• Assist in ensuring the comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents under his/ her care, and keeping them clean, e.g. oral toilet, showering and grooming, trimming of nails, changing of diapers, changing of clothes and bed sheets
• Assist in serving meals and oral feeding of resident without swallowing disorders
• Assist nursing care staff in the transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents
• Assist and participate in residents’ recreational, occupational, social and therapy programmes
• Assist nurses to ensure residents take their medicines
• Accompany residents to specialist outpatient clinic for follow-up appointments and outing trips
• Assist in last offices

Quality

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, e.g. cleaning and mopping of spillage or discharges, cleaning of residents’ bed and bedside locker, making of beds
• Participate in staff development programmes
• Is responsible to be familiar with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and all emergency protocols

Administration

• Maintain accurate documentation of care rendered and confidentiality of residents’ information

Qualifications:

• Daily interface with members of the Fitness Team.
• Actively promote all fitness programs, educational programs, activities, sales promotion etc in the club in order to establish regular usage by members.
• Maintain and check all equipment in good order, report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to the Fitness Manager or Front of House Manager.
• Contact newly-joined members with first four weeks for induction session appointment (driven by the Fitness Manager).
• On-floor coverage at all times (strength, free-weight & cardio areas) by enforcing correct technique in the execution of all movements and exercises.
• Ensure monthly KPIs of Personal Training Sales and Conducted are met.

Requirements:

• Recognised Personal Training qualification / diploma in sport science.
• Prior personal training work experience is an added advantage.
• Experienced in encouraging regular participation of exercise programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Fitness Instructor
• Possess a recognized fitness certification (Kickboxing/EMS certification would be a bonus)
• CPR and First Aid certification would be a bonus

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group fitness classes (Kickboxing/EMS) that challenge and inspire participants of all levels
• Provide personalized attention and guidance to members, ensuring they perform exercises safely and effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry best practices
• Motivate and encourage members to push their limits and reach new milestones
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment in the studio
• Collaborate with the wellness team to develop innovative programming and events
• Actively participate in the growth and development of the fitness community
• Assist with equipment maintenance and studio cleanliness
