Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty wellness industry

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Operation Manager
• Overall responsible and in charge of the branch’s smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’s grievances, branch’s cleanliness and etc
• To motivate staff in building team work, ensure good communication among staff and foster a positive working environment
• To establish good relationship and provide excellent service to customers
• Sharing of knowledge to staff, perform staff training and coaching on effective practices regularly in relation to daily operations matter, sales pitch on products and treatments, customer service and etc
• Empower staff to accomplish task and achieve desired goal
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years' experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Writing

• Write and develop instructional materials such as course outlines, lesson plans, modules, quizzes, assessments, and supplementary documents.
• Research and gather information from reliable sources to ensure course content is accurate and relevant.
• Ensure that all content aligns with course objectives, learning outcomes, and the target audience.

Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Collaborate with SMEs to present complex topics in an accessible, engaging, and clear manner for learners.
• Conduct interviews or meetings with SMEs to gain insights, clarify content, and incorporate best practices.
• Integrate SME feedback into course materials, maintaining a clear and effective instructional structure.

Instructional Design & Structure

• Design course content following established instructional design principles to ensure logical flow and learner engagement.
• Develop a variety of learning materials, including videos, readings, interactive exercises, and assessments.
• Work with instructional designers to integrate multimedia elements and optimize content for diverse learning styles.

Editing & Quality Assurance

• Review and revise content to ensure it is accurate, clear, and free from grammar or spelling errors.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the content meets organizational standards.
• Ensure content is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and unbiased to reach a diverse audience.

Assessment Development

• Create both formative and summative assessments to gauge learners' understanding and retention.
• Design diverse assessment formats, such as multiple-choice questions, case studies, assignments, and project-based evaluations.
• Align assessments with learning objectives and provide meaningful feedback.

Content Adaptation for Different Platforms

• Adapt content for multiple formats, including online courses, webinars, instructor-led sessions, and self-paced modules.
• Collaborate with the LMS (Learning Management System) team to ensure smooth integration of course content.
• Optimize content for mobile and other digital platforms as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Updates

• Regularly update course materials to reflect industry trends, new research, and organizational changes.
• Use learner feedback and performance data to refine and enhance course content.
• Stay current with best practices in instructional writing and emerging trends in e-learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in e-learning development) is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in content writing, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.

Writing Skills:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Instructional Design Knowledge:

• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and diverse learning styles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva) is desirable.

Research Skills:

• Strong research abilities to source credible information and examples for course development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, hand and foot massages, and polish application.
• Offer a variety of nail care treatments such as gel polish, acrylic or gel extensions, and customized nail art, based on client preferences.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic work area by properly disinfecting tools and equipment after each service.
• Evaluate clients' nail and skin conditions to recommend suitable treatments and post-care instructions.
• Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry to enhance service offerings.
• Foster a positive client experience by being attentive, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Accurately manage client appointments and maintain detailed client records.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Technician or in a similar beauty-related role.

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery
• Assist event team to do packing in Central Kitchen / Tai Seng office for events
• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items

• Valid Class 3 Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes
