Job Description:

• Answering calls
• Schedule appointments for client
• Recommend and assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Roster customers to their therapist
• Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Good telephone etiquette
• Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.

The general scope of works includes but limited to,

• Developing and implementing health and safety policies in a workplace.
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring necessary safety measures are in place.
• Providing health and safety training to employees and management.
• Monitoring and managing potential hazards in a workplace.
• Ensuring a company is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Managing emergency procedures like fire drills and first aid.
• Keeping records of accidents, incidents and producing statistics for managers.
