Collaborating with pharmacists, healthcare professionals and stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for promoting medication literacy and motivating patients to engage in proper medication adherence and healthy behaviours. The role also requires facilitating projects that improve the quality and accessibility of medication-related health information for patients and the community. Additionally, you will work together with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services in the community.

Cultivating and maintaining a strong network with key community healthcare services and partners is another crucial aspect of this role. This network includes Voluntary Welfare Organisations, allied health and home nursing services, as well as other relevant social services and community-based organisations. The position involves assisting in the identification and development of appropriate partnerships with industry partners, in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities extend to performing secretariat duties for various PCS-related committees or workgroups. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
