Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing fashion shows and beauty pageants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the fashion and beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and coordinating fashion shows and beauty pageants, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.

2. Coordinate with designers, models, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events.

3. Manage event timelines, schedules, and deadlines.

4. Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media and email marketing.

5. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure delivery of goods and services.

Requirements
