Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site. • Diploma or Nitec with at least 2 years of prior experience in a related field

• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.

• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports regularly.

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
