e) Review existing safety policies and ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and Regulations

Scope of Works:

1. Cable Diversion works - Roadside
2. Multiple site to cover.
3. SPPG Project
4. Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
5. Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
6. Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
7. Prepare and submit Monthly safety report as required by the management and client.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Preferably with (PSM) Project Safety Management by Singapore power

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
• To supervise safety and promote safety conduct.
• To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
• To correct any unsafe practice;
• Conduct regular safety inspection/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct safety gap analysis.
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool-box meetings.
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
• Assist in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.
• Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.

Requirements:

• MOM registered WSHO.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Good knowledge in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001
• Able to work across all departments and functions.
• Knowledge of the construction industry activities
