We are looking for a dedicated Senior/Executive to join our SingHealth Staff Protection Office. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (Workplace Safety), you will serve as the key point of contact for SingHealth institutions, providing guidance and support in handling incidents of abuse or harassment involving patients and their next of kin.

In this role, you will work closely with frontline staff to ensure that all policies related to incident response are both effective and relevant. Your responsibilities will include managing immediate responses to incidents, overseeing reporting processes, and coordinating post-incident management strategies. As our comprehensive training, we can train anyone from a non-swimmer to clear the local Swim Safer 2.0 Gold standard within the first month of training. Within a year or less, you will be required to clear the UK program that requires you to swim 400m in 8 minutes as part of the Swim school requirements. Yes, you are not wrong! Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Social Worker or 5 years’ experience in non-healthcare sector(s).
• Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers is preferred.
• Candidates with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling will have an added advantage.
• Effective clinical skills in assessment, intervention, casework and counselling

You will provide direct services to patients with chronic and mental health issues through conducting clinical interviews, screening and assessments in an outpatient setting.
