You will be responsible to provide personalized, specialized and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.

Job Responsibilities

·Perform physiological and physical assessment of the patients upon arrival to PACU

· Assess patient level of comfort and administer analgesic as ordered by the anaesthetist

· Perform Nurse Led Discharge for post-operative patient

· Arrange for bed for patients upon arrival to PACU

· Perform handover of patient’s information to Courier Nurse upon discharge

· Promotes and maintains a safe, clean, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors

· Collaborates and co-operates with other surgical team members and healthcare workers in the smooth delivery of patient care and services

· Performs a systematic and continuous assessment of patients in the immediate post-anaesthesia period

· Develops and implements nursing care based on analysis of individualized patient assessment

· Delivers safe and competent nursing care to surgical patients in the immediate post-anaesthesia period

· Communicates, documents and evaluates patient’s plan of care

· Handles controlled drugs as per hospital policy (applicable to RN)

· Promotes and maintains a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients, staff and visitors

· Perform nurse led monitoring for cataract cases

Requirements

· Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

· At least 2 years working experience in Anaesthetic Unit/ Post Anaesthesia Care Unit is highly preferred

· Diploma or Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by SNB

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Compassionate, positive and caring nature

· Prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts

The Role

WTW primary point of contact for facility clients (direct servicing model)

• Support in escalations from Clients via emails & calls
• Facility client's renewal: Follow-up with appointed Carrier to ensure 100% completion for renewal with proper documentation and billings.

Support Consultants in the following works

• Renewal process: Perform technical review (i.e. data accuracy) on all renewal reports prepared by Global Delivery Centre (Manila)
• Prepare Pricing Tool Checklist to facilitate Consultants’ renewal review of clients.
• Support and assist to prepare all necessary reporting requirements based on the SOWs agreed with selected clients (e.g. Benchmarking report, Claims analysis report, Service Level report)
• Prepare employees communication decks, handbook and Benefits Guidebook.
• Prepare insurance premium breakdown for ad-hoc billings, for selected clients.
• Internal documentations and update requirements (for e.g., Update Client Account Checklist, Change & Update forms, IT Security forms)
• For selected clients: Be part of the client servicing team to respond to clients’ enquiries and urgent requests, where necessary (calls & emails)
• Client servicing : Follow-up closelywith Global DeliveryCentre (Manila) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks and e-mail responses based on agreedturn-around time
• To be able to participate in selected, initiatives or ad hoc matters.

The Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Health & Benefits insurance or consulting or brokerage role

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency in Singapore employee benefits

· Implement aseptic technique (e.g. crating and maintain a sterile field, applying basic methodologies to prevent contamination of open wounds, and isolating the operative site from the surrounding non-sterile physical environment)

· Initiates infection prevention activities

· Manages collection, handling, and disposition of culture and specimen

· Administer prescribed medications and solutions according to hospital policy
