KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. • Collaborate closely with the customer's and the company's operations teams to plan and implement mutually agreed HSE plans, including best practices
• Work with key stakeholders on the Safety Observation Sheet, including its review and closure
• Manage contractors effectively
• Perform routine tasks such as attending meetings and providing updates
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management related to HSE

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Act and its regulation
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Management System Knowledge of HSE Auditing skill
• Strong negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Qualified HSE personnel with experience in 3PL in semi-con industry will be preferred

Job Description

· Registration of patients including but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name,

NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient’s declaration and temperature.

· Assisting doctors to chaperone, during procedures and ensuring equipment are sterile/ready for use.

· Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications.

· Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.
