Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $5800 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm)
• Location: Woodlands & Jurong

Job Scope:

• Perform risk management for two sites
• Address all HSE-related training requirements
• Lead investigations for all incidents, accidents, and near misses
• Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and relevant documentation in compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and best industry practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Collaborate closely with the customer's and the company's operations teams to plan and implement mutually agreed HSE plans, including best practices
• Work with key stakeholders on the Safety Observation Sheet, including its review and closure
• Manage contractors effectively
• Perform routine tasks such as attending meetings and providing updates
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management related to HSE

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Act and its regulation
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Management System Knowledge of HSE Auditing skill
• Strong negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Qualified HSE personnel with experience in 3PL in semi-con industry will be preferred
