11. Liaise with external auditors, oversee & facilitate audit process for annual financial audit and ad-hoc grant audits, including preparation of financial statements

• Monthly/quarterly intercompany reconciliations
• Submission of advancement and placement grant applications from government agencies and processing subsequent disbursement requirements
• Process claims for students on Workfare Training Support ("WTS") / SkillsFuture credit
• Support Accountant on initiatives to improve and streamline finance work flow
• Any other duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or CA / CPA equivalent qualification

Additionally, you will provide secretariat and administrative support to the Staff Protection Council, drive initiatives to enhance staff protection strategies, and take on special projects as needed.
