About the role

Join our team as a coffee sales professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality coffee products . With a focus on product knowledge and sales, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through our coffee selection
• Preparing and serving coffee bean to customer specifications
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement
• Assisting with inventory management and other operational tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on our coffee offerings

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and supporting general office operations.
• Accurate and timely processing of payroll for both office staff and ship crew, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive performance appraisal system to facilitate employee growth and development.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
• Organize company events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Handle employee feedback, address concerns, and resolve workplace issues effectively and professionally.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement workflow charts to optimize processes within departments and across the company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in payroll processing and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
