Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
• Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, hand and foot massages, and polish application.
• Offer a variety of nail care treatments such as gel polish, acrylic or gel extensions, and customized nail art, based on client preferences.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic work area by properly disinfecting tools and equipment after each service.
• Evaluate clients' nail and skin conditions to recommend suitable treatments and post-care instructions.
• Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry to enhance service offerings.
• Foster a positive client experience by being attentive, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Accurately manage client appointments and maintain detailed client records.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Technician or in a similar beauty-related role.
• Certification in nail care, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise in nail techniques including gel and acrylic applications, nail art, and classic manicure and pedicure services.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash and Eyebrow Technician, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
• Certification in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lash and brow treatments, including various techniques, aftercare, and trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to craft personalized and natural looks.
• Excellent customer service skills, combined with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in lash and brow treatments from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in a beauty salon or spa environment.
• Knowledge of beauty product retailing and upselling services.

Job Description

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery
• Assist event team to do packing in Central Kitchen / Tai Seng office for events
• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Company

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes
• Prefers have working experience in F&B
• Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take initiative
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when event operation needed
• Unable to drive company vehicle back home; start and end your day at Tai Seng office (free motorbike parking is available)
• Primary task is Driver, Secondary is Support on Event Operation
