As Local Coordinator and as part of the Blended Care Team, you will assist the care management team in developing social activities and interest groups for residents at a physical centre, under the Health District @ Queenstown. This effort is in part to support social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.

These activities include working with residents and community partners to co-create, plan and conduct ground-up activities (e.g. exercise groups, hawker centre tours, etc.), encourage residents to participate in suitable programmes, within and beyond the physical space and oversee the general operations at the centre.

As part of the national HealthierSG initiative to transform the way healthcare is delivered, NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is setting up a Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to support the western population through phone calls, telemedicine and digital communication platforms to become healthier and take charge of own health.

You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community. The job scope would include referrals to community partners, facilitating community appointments, conducting outbound nudges to encourage participation in screening and vaccination to assisting residents and community partners with navigation of the healthcare landscape.

The job holder will support the operations of CareHub Care and Call Centre in the following areas but not limited to:

1. Engagement of residents and community partners to address enquiries about population health and RHSO services and initiatives and link up with the appropriate team / service where appropriate;
2. Proactively liaising with NUHS teams and community partners to facilitate coordination of community based services for residents
3. Support the navigation and provision of community based resources / services to support residents and caregivers to take charge of own health
4. Assisting residents with community appointment related requests
5. Conduct outbound nudges to encourage enrolment and participation in screening and vaccination
6. Proactive team player to contribute to service improvement initiatives and projects and be part of implementation
7. Scan for new ways, tools and technology to improve resident and partners’ experience and efficiency of processes.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Deliver Brand P&L including top line, bottom line, share and equity growth for the Japan market

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years' experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven strong critical thinking and experience on Brand Strategy, Equity and Architecture

Job Description – Embryologist

The Embryologist is responsible for the care and handling of all oocytes, embryos, and sperm within the laboratory. This role involves preparing gametes for insemination or injection, transferring and freezing oocytes, embryos, and sperm, while ensuring a safe environment for both fresh and frozen specimens.

Key Skills

Proficiency in IVF procedures, including:

• Cryopreservation and thawing of embryos
• Embryo culture and monitoring
• Grading and scoring of eggs and embryos
• Identification, selection, maturation, and fertilization of eggs
• Insemination (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
• Selection of embryos for transfer
• Sperm analysis and washing
• Teasing and identifying testicular spermatozoa from biopsies
• Professional demeanour and ability to collaborate effectively within a coordinated team
• High degree of personal discipline in the laboratory, demonstrating consistent reproducibility in work quality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field of science from an accredited tertiary institution.

One of our Senior Management is looking to recruit a Family / Personal driver. Duties include but are not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members (including young kids) to their respective activities.
2. Run errands and take care of the family's needs, with priority on child-caring responsibilities.
3. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure their upkeep, including cash cards, petrol, etc.
4. Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements; ensure safe driving at all times.
5. Perform any other duties as required, such as dispatch, coordinating family events, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and have driven family members, including younger kids
• Previous experience in handling younger kids is a must
