Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must possess WSHO license and familiarity with safety audits
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the local Building and Construction industry
• Completion of a full cycle of HDB BTO project is advantageous

Senior Beauty Advisor

1. Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
2. Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service
3. Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock)
4. Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers
5. Engages customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs
6. Deliver premium retail experience by offering excellent after sales service/follow up
7. Cultivate customer relationships to stimulate word of mouth and grow client database
8. Demonstrate good product knowledge across a variety of brands
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Store in Charge / Store Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• 5 days work week based on Roster
• 44 hours a week

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
