Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of brand and product marketing strategies to meet business goals and boost revenue and engagement.
• Manage social media content strategy to increase awareness, conversions, and engagement.
• Plan and create short video content to support marketing goals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, media, other brands, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a 360-marketing role, ideally in FMCG/beauty.
• Passionate about social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram; skilled in creating/editing short-form videos and hosting livestreams.
• Familiar with WordPress and blog content creation.
• Strong aesthetic sense; basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or online image-editing software like Photopea preferred.

B. OVERALL JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES Role & Responsibilities

The successful applicant supports the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of business development & marketing activities. In addition to development & implementation of online & offline marketing programs, the successful candidate will be involved in planning & execution of new product launches.

This position requires a deep passion in creating market impact with the science & technology Kosmode developed. The ideal candidate should therefore have a science foundation with a creative flair to create layman friendly content and blogs; and develops online and offline marketing campaigns and activities

Specific tasks include:

• Generate & develop leads for Business Development

• Acquire, keep, grow subscribers and customer base through good subscribers/customers management, engagement and communication.

• Participate in business development activities & customer relations management

• Conduct Market and competitors’ intelligence research

• Develop marketing decks, videos and marketing collaterals for corporate & product branding and awareness

• Craft, implement online & offline marketing campaigns to drive market share and the sale of W0W® noodles

• Organize both online and offline marketing events

• Monitor and track progress of events/campaigns using various metrics and report event ROI based on key objectives and metrics.

• Support development of branding & marcom strategies

• Manage and update corporate & W0W® noodle websites

• Prepare/edit video for social media post

• Design and develop corporate and product collateral that is consistent with corporate and brand positioning

• Design product packaging

• Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

C. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Final year diploma student in Business Administration/ marketing, or equivalent, Mass Communication, New Media.

• Relevant knowledge in biology and chemistry is a strong advantage

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communicator, skilled in written and verbal communication.

• Experience in basic data analytics.

• Social Media Marketing skills (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and up-to-date with trends in social media use.

• Strong research and writing skills; explore creating social media contents and writing of blogs, from research articles and publications.

• Ability to create engaging, impactful marketing collaterals and social media posts.

• Graphic design, photography, programming skills and video editing/creation are strong advantages

• Self-driven resourceful individual with demonstrated ability to work within resource constrain

(A) PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Clinical Operations team via engagement of multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc) and integration/harmonisation of diverse requirements and perspectives to achieve patient centred care and organisational effectiveness.
• Support the conceptualisation of new or review of existing workflows/processes to optimise the efficiency and quality of care delivery.
• Perform basic operational data collection, analysis and trending to inform decision-making.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support for discussions, workgroup meetings and routine reports (e.g. minutes-taking, venue sourcing).
• Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives through research and identifying marketing trends to positively profile and increase awareness of the company and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner.
• Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives.
• Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms.
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company.
• Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics.
• Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

(B) KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines.

Experience

• Degree in marketing, communications or business with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with related healthcare operational experience may also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare operations/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for analysing and improving operations.
