· Investigate into any accident/incident which took place within the site/factory and recommend corrective action needed to be taken to prevent recurrence.

· Generating weekly safety reports to management etc.

Manage the outlet and customer relationships

Work with skills verbalisation and communication

Talk to customers and recommend the best products for them.

Give advice on how to use and apply products.

Meet sales targets.

Keep up to date with new product ranges.

Monitor stock levels and re-order items.

Keep customer and product records.

Able to work on weekend

Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. -Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

Job Key Responsibilities：

· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

· Lead / Manage a team of Therapists.

· Motivate and coach staff for better performance

· Maintain and update Customer database.

· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Achieve Personal Sales Target

· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions

Role & Responsibility:

• Maintains and upkeeps the company’s safety management system.
• Leads, conducts, and reviews RA & SWP.
• Submits and maintains projects’ safety documentation.
• Supervises ALL on-site Safety Coordinators & Supervisors.
• Conducts EHS inspections.

Keeps record of worksite inspection to identify unsafe conditions or unsafe work practice, and any foreseeable risk arising from work processes including operation of plants, machineries, equipment and tools in accordance with company’s established WSHSMS, RA, SWP, FPP, LP etc

• Evaluates and compares EHS performance of company’s work teams.
• Investigates any accident, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the worksite. And implements reasonably practicable measures to address the investigation findings.
• Keeps record of effectiveness of such implemented reasonably practicable measures.
• Advises Company’s management on action plan on all safety matters.
• Builds rapport with client’s EHS in-charge.
• Collates and presents to management updated EHS and legal compliance requirements on a half yearly basis.
