Responsibilities Summary:

1. Product Innovation & Planning:
   -Develop and prioritize new product ideas based on market trends and customer insights.
   Conduct industry analysis, assess technologies, and define product features.
   Establish competitive positioning and unique selling points (USP).
   Create and manage NPD roadmaps, coordinating with teams using Agile methodologies.
2. New Product Development (NPD):
   -Engage contract manufacturers, collaborate with engineers, and oversee NPD discussions.
   Ensure formulations meet regulatory standards; lead product trials and testing.
   Define product specifications, finalize labeling, and coordinate packaging design.
   Provide technical documentation, research pricing, and propose costs.
   Present products to management for approval.
3. Product Launch Support:
   -Act as a technical resource for marketing; provide briefs and training to sales teams.
4. Post-Launch Management:
   -Monitor industry trends and product performance, identifying improvements.
   Address formula-related issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Process Development & Compliance:
   -Develop and enforce SOPs aligned with industry standards and QMS requirements.
6. Additional Duties:
   -Participate in projects and tasks to support company goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferably, some experience in product development/management within the dietary supplement and health food industry.

• Handle the automation projects including equipment upgrade, and assembly process productivity initiatives.
• Lead the automation initiatives to ensure the machine design, cycle time, project lead time and cost meet the requirements.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve equipment effectiveness and improve process capability through process enhancement and validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to minimize operational disruption and achieve productivity savings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in automation and assembly processes from Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge on automation machine design and PLC programming.

Your role will be crucial in developing the new Eastern General Hospital. You will ensure that clinical frameworks and guidelines are implemented expeditiously for harmonised practice across the Hospital, complying with relevant clinical, statutory and regulatory requirements, and properly discharging obligations under the Ministry of Health's (MOH) Service Level Agreement. Additionally, you will lead, participate in and contribute actively to Hospital Committees and Workgroups.

Supporting the Chairman, Medical Board, you will supervise the Medical Board Office staff in developing clinical strategies and creating an environment that supports and enables medical professionals to continually achieve clinical excellence through the provision of safe, evidence-based, high-quality care to patients.

Job requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), equivalent medical qualifications, or State Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualification in Management, or Degree in Health Science / Hospital Management
• Possession of a Master’s degree in a related field would be an advantage, e.g. Master’s in Public Health, Master’s in Business Administration
• At least 12years’ total experience in clinical healthcare and healthcare administration
• Sound understanding of Quality Improvement principles, redesign and management
• Well organised, able to handle large volume of information, documents and simultaneous tasks in a systematic manner
• Understanding of biostatistics is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, tact and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management and the public
• Possess high level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges

• Provide technical support to operating staff in theatre during surgery
• Scrub support for surgeons during operation

Requirements:

• Min 1 to 2 years of AU / OT nursing experience
• Min Diploma in nursing
