KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Enrolled Nurse is required to work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide palliative care to patients with terminal illness and end-stage organ failure. You will assist the Staff Nurse in performing comprehensive palliative care assessment for our patients with terminally illness and end-stage organ failure and provide guidance and supervision of new Nursing Aides and participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Certificate in Nursing
• Valid Practicising License with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum 2 years in clinical experience and palliative care setting
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attentive to details and able to multi-task
• Required to work 3 shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.
• Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
• Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Maintaining records and filling documents.
• Be sensitive to each customer’s comfort level and service needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site
• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects, changes to operating procedures, site construction activities
• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, health, safety, or environmental field of study
• Working experience in the chemical industry
• Deep knowledge of Safety legislation and regulations in the chemical industry
