Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, etc.) in a safe and comfortable manner
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products

• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

Requirements

The Job

• Provide administrative support to mainly project management and research needs.
• Work closely with Senior Manager to plan, and coordinate delivery of daily work.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic meetings, sending out supporting documentation (agenda), take and distribute meeting notes, and any administrative follow-up actions as required.
• Record minutes at meetings and archive them accordingly.
• Create various types of documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Keep record BCLS+AED certificates for all Drs and nurses; Coordinate with HR for relevant training needs.
• Undertake any other appropriate duties when required as delegated by Senior Manager.
• Conduct on-site visits to medical centres (including migrant workers medical centres) for audits and briefing sessions.
• Collate data, representation of results, and documentation of report.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Medical Director and Senior Manager.

The Person

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in project management and research , preferably in healthcare
• Demostrate flexibility to support the team in clinical operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Have project and research skills
• Good communication (oral and written) skills

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.
• Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
• Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Maintaining records and filling documents.
• Be sensitive to each customer’s comfort level and service needs.

Requirements

• Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
