• Identify safety risks and issues, recommend preventive and corrective care measures
• Conduct in-house training for staff, caregivers and volunteers
• Engage in continuing education to further skills and knowledge in the field of practice

Requirements:

• A Degree or Masters in Speech Therapy
• Fully registered with AHPC
• 2 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist to be considered for a Senior role
• Dynamic and proactive personality with good public relation and communication skills
• Someone who has good management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
