Responsibilities:
-Manage outlet day to day operation and sales
-Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI
-Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are met
-Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
-Other ad-hoc duties when required
- handles customers feedback
- perform beauty service when needed
Requirements:
-Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties
-Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills
-Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative
-Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry
