Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist (Beauty Salon)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team at a beautiful, busy beauty salon! If you love working in a vibrant environment and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Working hours can choose from 10am to 7pm OR 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Handle booking appointments (phone, walk-in, online)
• Assist with general salon inquiries and customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Manage client records and ensure smooth salon operations

Requirements:

• Ability to speak English fluently (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in a beauty or wellness setting)
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work Sundays and public holidays
