What you'll be doing

· Supervise and manage a team of skilled spa therapists to ensure seamless our spa & wellness operations

· Develop and implement training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the beautician / spa therapists

· Oversee the scheduling of therapists and treatment bookings to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction
