• To create and develop Guardian store development programme. You will drive store design builds and effectively communicate and work closely with the team to develop, coordinate, and implement the design of stores from concept design to documentation, construction and handover, in accordance with Brand Standards.

• Assist Doctor in all procedures and code blue under doctor’s supervision.
• Perform venepuncture when required.
• Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment
  Management of clients’ records in accordance with medical & PDPA framework
• Responsible for Infection Prevention & Control in the workplace and always ensure checks to ensure both co-workers and Doctors complies, include education non-clinical staffs
• Participate in premises housekeeping, including, wipe down all high touch surfaces and end operation wipe down
• Attend all training session (in-house & external) arranged by company and you are expected to implement learnings into your scope of work
• Maintain effective communication with clients and co-workers to ensure that client’s needs are met.
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocol in the organization
• Maintains supplies inventory, include, ordering supplies through logistic person in-charge
• Performs any other additional duties as assigned by doctors / Clinic-in-charge.

Position: Branch Manager

• 4 days off a month (Every Sunday and PH off)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

A) Branch Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.

B ) Beauty:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
