This position plays a key role in enhancing Singapore's regional presence and is accountable to the director. Here are some of the primary responsibilities you will manage: Discover and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals and manage the social media and marketing aspects of it.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Learn to develop long-term sales plans that not only focus on immediate sales but also on building lasting relationships and brand loyalty. As trainee gain expertise, they will develop greater confidence in their abilities, positioning them for potential leadership roles.
2. Learn to build a strong community around the brand, increase loyalty, and differentiate the company in the competitive beauty market. This strategy allows it to capitalize on the viral nature of social media and connect with audiences in a meaningful and impactful way.
3. Post photos or videos from participants that stand out to the company by engagement, visibility, and creativity. Build and maintain a strong social media presence through effective content creation, community engagement, (Eg. A simple giveaway where participants post a selfie or video showing their fresh-faced look after using a facial treatment product or service, tagging the brand and using a campaign hashtag.)
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans. Understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., consultative selling).
2. Creating an effective marketing strategy by leveraging trends and viral challenges to introduce your products, share skincare routines, or demonstrate makeup tutorials.
3. Understanding how to post photos or videos from contests/giveaways that are hosted by Anna Beauty Skincare. This will help to boost the publicity of the company.
