Job Description

· Registration of patients including but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name,

NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient’s declaration and temperature.

· Assisting doctors to chaperone, during procedures and ensuring equipment are sterile/ready for use.

· Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications.

· Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.

· Collection of payment including but not limited to submission of CHAS and Insurance claims.

· Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders and chronic medication follow-up.

· Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services from various vendors.

· Administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal and doctor’s attendance tracking.

· Checking of orders against invoice for all deliveries.

· General housekeeping of the clinic.

· Other duties assigned by clinic manager from time to time.

Requirements

· Minimum GCE “N” levels.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays.

· Positive, self-motivated and customer service orientated.

· Team Player.

· Sufficient knowledge of basic computer skills.
