• Establish a strong rapport with clients, exceeding their expectations by delivering personalized, high-quality services.
• Create a warm and comforting environment for mothers and newborns.
• Provide support to the nursing supervisor, complete tasks in a Emely and efficient manner.
• Conduct appropriate educational sessions tailored to the postpartum period. Assess and record clients' learning progress, make Emely improvements, summarize, optimize, and update educational materials regularly.
• Educate parents on neonatal care, including feeding techniques, developmental milestones, and safe home practices.
• Provide postpartum psychological counseling and support for mothers during the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting assessments, and responses to care.
• Acquire new theoretical knowledge. Stay abreast of the latest developments in maternal and infant care.
• Complete required training.

• Insightful, organized, and passionate about the job. Ability to work with a team and independently,

• Must be flexible to work on shift schedule, weekends, and PH.
