The Department of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital is seeking candidates for our fellowship in Vascular Surgery under National University Heart Centre, Singapore. Our Executive Health Screening (EHS) centre located at Amara (Tanjong Pagar) is looking for a Clinic Assistant to perform the following duties.

General:

• Registration/data entries to clinic apps/system
• BAppointment Making
• Attend to EHS clients
• Daily account closing, Billing/Payment collections
• Daily maintenance of the workplace cleanliness, and disinfecting of the equipment used

EHS Routine:

• Publish the EHS report via the clinic system
• Prepare a weekly report to HQ

• Account for the daily blood/urine specimens collected

EHS Biophysics:

• Perform ECG/Spirometry, and parameter measurement (vision test, height, weight, BMI, Fats measurement, etc)
• Blood taking/Phlebotomy service will be an added advantage
