• Provide facial treatments, body slimming services, and other beauty services to our valued clients.
• Conduct consultations to address clients' skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
• Handle sales, upsell treatment packages, and close sales confidently.
• Manage customer queries, calls, and appointment bookings efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Work independently while ensuring high standards in all tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty therapy and facial treatments, including body slimming services.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in managing appointments and inquiries with professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems on the go.
