Our clinic offers a range of services including consultations, surgeries (including orthopaedics), and hospitalization. We are closed on public holidays. Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology such as digital radiography with fluoroscopic capabilities, an esotate ultrasound machine, an in-house IDEXX suite (Hematology, biochemistry, SNAP tests), tonometry, PETMAP blood pressure machines, and a well-equipped surgery room.

Ideal candidates should have a genuine passion for animal care and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship for junior nurses. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not required. A minimum diploma holder required.

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 To perform body and facial treatment services according to respective Treatment SOPs.

2 To provide the appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.

3 To ensure total customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.

4 To build and maintain a good rapport with customers.

5 To obtain feedback from customers after each treatment service and report such feedback to Clinic Manager.

6 To promote and make appropriate recommendations of products to customers.

7 To responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the clinic facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.

8 To prepare the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.

9 To cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.

10 To handle telephone inquiries in the absence of the Front-Desk Executive at the reception area.

11 To fix the next appointment date and time for customers after each treatment session.

12 To assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist on ensuring that good services are provided to customers and that customers’ requirements are met.

13 To ensure customer satisfaction through our quality service.
