Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Dental Clinic Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment in our clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and assist with patient needs
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry in the clinic's system
• Process patient registrations, payments, and billing information
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas
• Provide administrative support to the clinic, including filing and organizing paperwork
• Handle patient feedback professionally and ensure a positive patient experience

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in healthcare or dental settings is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient interactions with patience and empathy
• Comfortable using clinic management software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
• Knowledge of basic billing processes and insurance claims is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

• $12/ hour for part timers. CPF will be paid in addition to the hourly rate

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
• Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm & 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
• You must be available for at least 3 week night shift and 1 Sat shift.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Holders

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
