Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced beautician / consultant (Full-Time) to our growing family.

4) Sales Supervisor

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

- Beauty / Facial knowledge

- Must hit personal sales target

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of the clinic and Day Surgery Operating Theatre (DSOT) by putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage patients.
• Oversee the documentation of all procedures/processes and ensure that they are in line with MOH directives and requirements for all relevant licenses, as well as any Company’s SOP.
• Plan and manage clinic and DSOT roster, inventory levels, and upkeep of equipment, according to expected patient turnout, to ensure sufficient manpower, supplies and services for each day’s operations.
• Implement an effective appointment management system and monitor performance.
• Ensure that the department adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical and service quality and attend to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely. Report on corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify areas of improvement and work with the Head of Department in executing the initiatives.
• To work closely with the Head of Department, the team of medical doctors, nurses, other allied health professionals, and patient service officers, for matters of clinical standards and safety.
• Ensure drug orders/ inventory and medical records, theatre supplies, and equipment maintenance are all in order.
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the facility premises and its contents.
• Provide feedback about the purchase of products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations.
• Maintain quality medical records within the statutory required retention period through proper identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of records.
• Evaluate and update risk assessment for the Centre.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a healthcare clinic setting, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity with supervisory experiences
• Experience as nurse (Senior Staff Nurse I equivalent) with at least 2 years in operating theatres
• Competent in endoscopy, colonoscopy procedures
