This Medical Social Work (MSW) will provide psycho-social assessment, social work intervention and support to residents and their families to resolve personal, social, emotional, and financial issues. Job Responsibilities

MSW works with the Nurse Manager, Rehab Manager, and Ops Team to facilitate resident admissions and to ensure the appropriate support is provided to our residents.

Job description

We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our new dental clinic.

Work Location: 52 Craig Road, Singapore 089690 (MRT: Tanjong Pagar/Outram/Maxwell)

Work Timing: Mon - Fri (9 - 5pm); Sat (9-1pm)

Salary range from $2500 - $4000 depending on experience + AWS

Dental Assist

• Maintain cleanliness, disinfect, sterilise treatment rooms & equipment
• Ensure dental instruments and materials are ready for each appointment before patient enters treatment room
• Provide chairside assistance during dental treatment procedures by dental surgeon on duty
• Ensure proper maintenance of dental instruments - clean, sterilise, sort and pack
• Ensure high standard of infection control
• Manage stock inventory and assist in stock ordering
• Take X-rays for patients
• Making models of patients teeth
• Perform additional tasks as needed by clinic manager or doctors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level / ITE
• Fluent in English
• Excellent multitasking and organising skills
• Work independently but also able to work well with others
• Chairside assistance, patient care and sterilisation procedures
• Experience in dental procedures, knowledge of dental terminology is a plus but not necessary
• Training provided

Job Description

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, installation.
• Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of the hazardous works.
• Conduct EHS induction course for new employees and contractors.
• Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure are brief to workers and sub-contractor.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate in Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Requirements

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH or Safety Coordinator training course.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• Responsible and with a good attitude.
• A team player and ability to work independently.
• Minimum3 years experience in WSH-related industry with LTA.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Provide preventive and curative medical services under the direction of the doctor and head nurse.
• Monitor residents' overall health and oversee medical and nursing care routines.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing aides and health attendants.
• Assist in managing emergency situations within the Home.
