RESPONSIBILITIES

• To administer occupational therapy services aligned with The Salvation Army's Mission and Philosophy of Care. Provide resident-centered care focusing on their comfort and health.
• To coordinate and ensure appropriate occupational therapy services by supervising, monitoring and educating therapy and nursing staff.
• Implement and continuously improve standards of care and service that meet or exceed Ministry of Health and The Salvation Army's required levels of performance.
• Assess and identify individual needs of residents and formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualised music therapeutic programs.
• Evaluate and document residents' occupation therapy needs and progress at regular intervals, monitor training programs and review its effectiveness.
• Refer residents to the respective specialists for consultation and appropriate intervention.
• Train and supervise caregivers/volunteers in the maintenance of occupational therapy programs.
• Plan and schedule therapy care staff for relevant training in order to excel in their duties.

• Bachelor degree / Diploma
• Full registration with APHC

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

• 8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday, 45 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular on-the-job coaching and training to Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty consultation skills and service and make up skills.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on performance.
• Identify individual learning needs and tailor coaching strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate group training sessions and workshops on new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Implement and monitor training programs to ensure consistent brand messaging and service standards across all locations.
• Partner with retail managers, counter/ boutique managers and Beauty Advisors to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Set and track individual and store sales goals, providing support and motivation to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers, Beauty Advisors, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with retail partners to execute successful in-store events and promotions.
• Plan and execute impactful in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Manage event logistics, including staffing, merchandising, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching activities, sales and service data, customer service performance data and event results.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on performance and progress.
• Manage a budget for training materials and events.
• Manage inquiries related to the brand’s app and beauty tech devices and software.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales and/or training, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and motivate individuals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in makeup artistry techniques and application.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
