• Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
• Process all inbound escalations from the BID Sales Team email and/or phone call
• Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
• Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
• Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing such as credit block.
• Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update on any new developments in the marketplace, for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses and report in monthly sales meeting.
• Special Price Request support
• ITQ/Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
• Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
• Demo logistics arrangement.

Requirement

• Min Degree in any courses
• Min 2 to 3 years of sales support / customer service / order Fulfiment exp
