The Office of Value-Driven Care strives to improve the value of healthcare delivered to patients across the SingHealth Cluster. We support the review, formulation and implementation of strategies that inculcate a Value-Conscious Culture in healthcare delivery. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.

As a Senior / Manager, you will:

• Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
• Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between the SingHealth VDC/VBH effort coordinated by the Office of VDC, and the National VDC effort or related workstreams coordinated by MOH.
• Support the Director and Group Director in strategic planning reviews by providing monthly performance reports and data-driven insights to senior management and relevant platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in biomedical or health sciences with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical tools and benchmarking. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management practices is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A team player, strong collaborator who is able communicate and manage change

· Serve as a quality subject matter expert and provide guidance to development personnel performing investigations, root cause analysis, and capas through knowledge of quality concepts and techniques.

· Participate on cross-functional teams as subject matter expert in GCP/GLP/GVP to provide guidance and risk-based options that promote compliance.

· Identify and communicate quality and compliance risks and participate in determination of appropriate planning to resolve and address issues and risks.

· Lead the strategy and activities in support of health authority GCP/GLP/GVP inspections.

· Review clinical study documents and check for consistency and compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

· Coordinate projects to successfully meet timelines.
