Job Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Post-basic nursing qualification preferred
• Able to perform rotating shifts

The Spa Therapist provides guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled massages by policies and procedures and brand standards
• Stock and ensure the cleanliness of massage rooms and equipment
• Provide a high level of guest service at all times to all guests of the spa
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
• Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the spa services performed.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
• The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with customers.
