Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Representative based in Bukit Batok, Singapore.

The Medical Representative will be responsible for tasks such as product demonstration, market analysis, customer engagement, and sales support.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing product information to customers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic call plans aimed at key institutions.

Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders through consistent visits.

Drive product promotion through impactful detailing and sales efforts.

Keep an up-to-date customer database and capture important information from drugstores.

Track product availability and assist with merchandising tasks when necessary.

Stay informed about product details and the latest scientific advancements.

Ensure territorial management is in line with company goals.

Qualifications:

A diploma or higher qualification in any field, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmacy or Medicine.

1–2 years of experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of products, including competitive advantage analysis and sales techniques.

Proficient in call management and building customer relationships.

Skilled in product and supply chain management, along with data handling capabilities.

A valid driver’s license is required for field visits.

You will be involved in patient management, team based care, education, research and audit activities for the benefit of our patients and the clinic. You will also lead a team in providing holistic patient care for our patients.

Job Requirements

• Family Physician accredited and registered into the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB) and the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• At least 3 years of experience as Medical Officer or similar experience with at least 1 year in Primary Care setting (Polyclinic or General Practice work)
• Good clinical skills and judgment in patient management
• Good interpersonal skills and rapport with patients, caregivers and colleagues
• Willingness to continually update professional knowledge and skills
